All items are made in a home with dogs but are laundered as the final weaving step. Items ship for FREE within the US! Return Policy
I want you to be completely happy with your handwoven item. Because of the unique, handcrafted nature of my products, all sales are generally considered final. However, I understand that sometimes a return is necessary. I will accept returns within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused and in the same condition you received it.
To initiate a return, please contact me at alexwalshart@gmail.com with your order number. Once your return is approved, I will provide you with shipping instructions. Please note that (1) the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. (2) Once the returned item is received and inspected, I will process a refund through Paypal. (3) The original shipping costs will be deducted from the purchase amount.
